As from September 2019, there will be more of a choice of dates and venues over the week and not just on Fridays.
I have made the decision to step away from my current job as a childminder and develop this wonderful thriving business. I have a passion for supporting Mums well-being and developing their bond with their babies.
I am also training to become a baby and toddler yoga instructor which offers more opportunities for my business and hope to see many Mums and babies return after they have completed the baby massage course.
Mindfulness and meditation is a great way to step away from our busy lives and being a new Mum can be quite stressful. Mums need to learn to look after themselves mentally as well as physically. Therefore I am studying Mindfulness and Meditation in order to incorporate it into the baby massage/yoga classes. Even just 3 minutes of being 'in the moment' at the end of each session has many benefits to our mind and body.
